The Hedgerow is a one-day Charlotte Mason gathering with main sessions, breakout sessions, time for conversation and connection, and a thoughtfully selected group of vendors.

Cloud Mountain Coffee will be joining us for the day, with specialty coffee available for purchase.
Lunch will be on your own. We’re planning to have food trucks on site and will share those details, along with a list of favorite local restaurants, as we get closer to the gathering.

Hudson, WisconsinThere is plenty of free parking available on site. The venue is easy to find, and we’ll have signs directing you to the conference entrance when you arrive.

Nursing infants are welcome to attend with their parent. For the sake of our speakers and other attendees, we ask that older babies and children stay home for the day. Childcare will not be available on site.
A family room is available at the back of the sanctuary for nursing, feeding, or stepping out with your baby as needed. The room has a large window into the sanctuary and is connected to the sound system, so you can continue to see and hear the main plenary sessions.

The venue is fully ADA accessible, with accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

We know plans can change. Registrations canceled on or before September 24, 2026 may be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee per ticket. After September 24, registrations are nonrefundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may also transfer your registration to another person. Just contact us at [email] so we can update the attendee information.
